Refresh a device or network display

Clicking
Refresh
 instructs the
FactoryTalk Linx
 Network Browser
 to perform one discovery cycle of the selected device or network. Since
Refresh
 only performs one discovery cycle, clicking
Refresh
 multiple times might be necessary to discover everything on the network and display them in the
FactoryTalk Linx
 Network Browser
.
To refresh a device or network display
  1. In the
    FactoryTalk Linx
     Network Browser
     dialog box, click the device or network to refresh the network topology tree display.
  2. Click
    Refresh
    Refresh icon. The icon next to the selected device or network animates to indicate a discover cycle is being performed.
