Tessa Myers
Senior Vice President & Chief Revenue Officer
Tessa Myers is senior vice president and Chief Revenue Officer at Rockwell Automation. She leads the company’s global commercial organization, bringing together sales, marketing, customer experience, commercial operations and revenue management to accelerate growth worldwide. Tessa is responsible for shaping and executing Rockwell’s revenue strategy, expanding strategic customer relationships, and driving the adoption of innovative technologies and business models that help customers improve productivity, resilience, sustainability, and business performance. Through a focus on customer success, digital transformation, and commercial excellence, she advances Rockwell’s long-term growth agenda and value creation strategy.
Tessa previously served as senior vice president, Intelligent Devices. She led the worldwide growth of the operating segment, which includes drives, motion, safety, sensing, industrial components, and configured-to-order products that are the foundation of smart production systems.
Since joining Rockwell in 1999, she has built broad global industry expertise with significant leadership roles in sales, channel and partner management and business unit and product development across hardware and software, working in the U.S., Canada and Singapore.
In addition to her role at Rockwell, Tessa serves on the board of directors and is a member of the executive committee of National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). She is also a board director at Badger Meter, Inc., Discovery World, and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Research Foundation. Tessa has a passion for developing talent and culture. She is the executive sponsor for the ADVANCE Young Professionals employee resource group within Rockwell Automation.
Tessa holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
