Change IP Mode

How do I open the IP Mode dialog box?
  1. Right-click on a device that supports IP mode change, and then click
    Device Configuration
    .
  2. On the
    Device Configuration
     dialog box, select the
    IP Mode
     tab.
Some devices support both Dual IP mode with two or more EtherNet/IP ports, and DLR mode with only one EtherNet/IP port. Starting from
FactoryTalk Linx
 version 6.20.00, the IP mode can be changed manually.
In the IP Mode tab, select the mode you want to change from the list.
Note that changing the IP mode will cause the controller to reset. To change the IP mode successfully, make sure that:
小贴士: The dropdown list is available when redundancy is disabled.
  • Before changing the mode, clear the project in the controller.
  • The Ethernet cable must be plugged into Port 2.
  • The controller is not in Run Mode.
