LPN is focused on attracting, retaining and developing Latinx Professionals at Rockwell Automation.

MVAG leverages our armed forces members and allies to help recruit, transition and support current or future Rockwell Automation employees that have a military background or provide a platform for employees to learn more about armed forces veterans. In addition, they participate in key community events that support veteran initiatives.

PaCT provides advocacy and focus on the diversity of working parents and caretakers bring to the organization while enabling a structure for working parents and caretakers to develop professionally and effectively balance work and life throughout all stages of family life.

ROK of Ages directly supports creating differentiation, specifically where we “Highlight people and intellectual capital as the foundation of success.” The wealth of knowledge accumulated by the members can, and should be, shared with all generations of employees.

ROKout fosters an inclusive workplace where LGBTQ+ professionals are empowered to be their authentic selves.  We support and promote the Rockwell Automation culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by connecting with the community through membership and volunteerism; amplifying the voice of LGBTQ+ employees within Rockwell Automation; providing professional and social resources for employees; educating others on LGBTQ+ issues and concerns; and driving organizational change with regard to policies, practices and behaviors.
