Do you want your workplace to be truly inclusive? You have the chance to be part of the solution – as an ally. An ally is someone that advocates for any marginalized group, and takes on their struggle as their own. One simply cannot call themselves an ally. Allies are defined by their actions. Anyone, at any level of an organization can be an ally, and even small, everyday acts of allyship can make a big difference.

In this video, Andrew Hastert, Commercial Program Manager; Brandon Mendoza, Sales Manager; and Lauren Harrington, Initiative Account Manager talk about what it means to be an ally and share their ideas for how allies can actively support colleagues from underrepresented groups.
