Despite increased focus on workplace inclusion, many companies still have a lot of room to improve. Even organizations doing well may have certain teams, locations or departments that tolerate less-than-inclusive behavior. Or maybe you work with a third party that doesn’t provide the same supportive and inclusive environment as your employer. Although working in a non-inclusive environment is stressful, there may be opportunities for you as an employee to help shape the culture to become more accepting.

In this video, Corresha Alston, End User Account Manager; Ed Campbell, End User Sales Manager; and Jai Aja, Customer Success Manager share first-hand how they’ve overcome obstacles in non-inclusive environments within and outside of our organization, and tips and strategies for engaging in productive dialogue and driving positive change.
