确定 RecipePlus 表对象是否显示注脚。如果 DisplayFooter 属性为
True
，将显示注脚。如果显示注脚，其格式为：
<runtime recipe name> : <unit name> : <# of ingredients displayed in table> : <total # of ingredients>
