Reset the port diagnostic counters

On the

Port Diagnostics

dialog box, you can reset the interface and media counters to zero when needed to assist in troubleshooting issues.

To reset the port diagnostic counters:

On the

Port Diagnostics

dialog box, click

Reset Counters

. The interface and media counter values on the module reset to zero and the values displayed in the dialog box update with the current counter values.
