Notch Filter and RTS incorrect
The current Notch Filter and Real Time Sample (RTS) settings are in conflict. Change either the Notch Filter or RTS setting so that the RTS is at least two greater than the inverse of the Notch Filter; in other words:
RTS >= 1 / (Notch + 2)
For example, a Notch Filter setting of 10 Hertz yields a minimum valid RTS of 102 ms.
For: | The software accepts: | The software does not accept: |
10 Hertz | 102 ms | 101 ms |
50 Hertz | 22 ms | 21 ms |
60 Hertz | 19 ms | 18 ms |
100 Hertz | 12 ms | 11 ms |
The Notch Filter attenuates the selected frequency and its harmonics in the input signal. Also, you can use the Notch Filter to filter out line noise.
