Rich has served as the Executive Director of the Cement Council of Texas since April of 2019 after 13 years with the organization. CCT represents the cement producers of Texas, with the mission to assist, promote and educate on the use of cement and concrete to drive sustainable and resilient solutions for cost-effective long-life infrastructure.
